If you want to have your PBX play a message when you dial an invalid extension, you can do this with a custom route. Here is a screen shot of the custom route to add in order to set up a message to play: Extension (dialed number) is not valid. NOTE: Your PBX will need to be licensed for Custom Routes in order to build this.
