IPitomy Softphone Installation and User Guide This guide walks you through logging in, configuring audio devices, and using the IPitomy Desktop Softphone.

Download:

Login

Login with your provided IPitomy credentials.

• Enter your Username and Password.

• Click Sign In.

• Credentials are provided by IPitomy support.


Audio Device Setup

Click the settings gear after logging in.

• Open the audio settings menu.

• Select your preferred microphone and speaker.

• Close the window to save settings.

Select Your Proper Audio Devices

Open the Sound section.

• Select the correct microphone.

• Select the correct speaker.

• Adjust playback and gain levels as needed.


4. Using the Dialer

Use the keypad to dial phone numbers.

• Use the DTMF keypad during active calls.

• DTMF is commonly used for menus and extensions.



5. Final Tips

The moon icon enables Do Not Disturb.

• A green dot means the extension is online.

• Verify audio devices if you experience audio issues.
