To Adjust the Default Audio Settings for HD phones, log in to the PBX, Navigate to Destinations - Extensions. Then edit the Phone settings for the phone you wish to adjust. This is the Icon to the right which is a Pencil with a Handset in cross. From here go to the Audio Bar. On the Audio bar you can adjust the Audio input and output for Headset, Handset and Speakerphone. Keep in mind this is the default setting which is downloaded from the PBX when the phone reboots and at night when the phone checks its configuration.
