Menus are a destination where calls can be routed. Once routed to the menu, the menu can play a prompt, respond to single digit dialing digits by routing the call to a predetermined destination, allow extension dialing and provide access to the voice mail system and forwarding gateway. in addition to the dialing and routing, the Menu can also be used to "Tag" a call for a specific Music on Hold message or music for the entire duration of the call.
